Billing & Payments
- Stripe Connect: Used for processing client invoices. Relies on OAuth callback flows to attach a
stripeAccountIdto your user profile, enabling automated invoice syncing and secure hosted checkouts. - Paddle Billing: Handles platform subscriptions (Starter, Professional, Agency). Fully supports sandbox and production environments.
Storage & Assets
- Cloudflare R2 / AWS S3: Secure file storage for project uploads, user profile pictures, custom agency logos, and invoice PDFs. Includes automated background jobs for garbage collection.
Security & Authentication
- Cloudflare Turnstile: Provides seamless CAPTCHA (managed challenges) on login, signup, and contact forms to prevent bot abuse.
- Google OAuth: Enables social sign-in powered by the Better Auth Google provider.
- Security Headers: We enforce strict CSP, HSTS, and X-Frame-Options policies to protect your workspace.
Messaging & Caching
- SMTP & Emails: Powered by Nodemailer. Outbound emails are queued reliably through background workers to prevent delays.
- Redis Infrastructure: We operate two instances of Redis:
- Primary: Manages BullMQ job queues, rate limiting, and real-time SSE (Server-Sent Events) pub/sub.
- Cache: Caches dynamic database lookups with LRU eviction for lightning-fast dashboard performance.
- BullMQ Queues: Crucial asynchronous tasks like generating invoice PDFs, processing emails, and synchronizing Stripe records are handled efficiently by our workers.
