Billing & Subscriptions

What payment methods are supported?

For your clients, Stripe supports all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For your platform subscription, Paddle handles our global payments seamlessly.

Can I change my subscription plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your settings panel. If you downgrade, your new limits will be enforced at the start of your next billing cycle.

Account & Data

Can I delete my account?

Absolutely. To delete your account, please send us a request through our contact form. Once processed, all associated data, projects, and invoices are permanently removed from our databases.

Is my data safe?

We take security very seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We also run automated daily and weekly database backups securely stored in S3.

Internationalization

What currencies do you support?

You can configure your workspace to use your preferred currency for invoicing. Currently supported currencies cover all major regions.

Is TaskCart available in other languages?

Our platform application is currently available in English. However, our main landing page is translated and supports both English and Greek.
